We believe in the most complete integration of passive and active bio-environmental strategies. The project is thought from a simple shape. A section of rooms on the upper floor is protected by a solid double wall providing great thermal inertia, with deep openings and controlled windings to the north. The volume floats on a glazed skin in which the common spaces are organized, integrated with the mountain to the north and the garden to the south. The morphology, materials and structure provide solutions to sunlight and ventilation, and continuity to the natural environment on the ground floor.
