The Centro de Interpretación Histórica de Vuelta de Obligado (Vuleta de Obligado Historial Interpretation Centre) will host cultural activities aimed at recovering the historical memory of the Vuelta de Obligado Battle.
The land is located in a natural environment with a steep slope over a bend in the Paraná river, known as Vuelta de Obligado.
The project consists of a single rectangular volume projected onto the river by embedding a reticulated beam in a concrete base.
Everything takes place inside the beam, and ends in a double-height space in the cantilever.
