Juanchi House

The project, a complete remodeling and refurbishing of an abandoned house, seeks to integrate new ways of living with the neighborhood scale. The project is planned in two stages. The ground floor resolves a complete house, with the possibility of re-functionalization when the upper floor is incorporated. The project is supported and delivered with its digital twin enhanced with BIM methodology, facilitating its operation and future expansion.
